TEAK TABLETOP: Teak is one of the most weather resistant woods. It can be cleaned with fresh water and neutral detergent using a natural cloth. Clean thoroughly and leave to dry. Then apply teak oil or oil for teak wood. Apply with a soft cloth in several layers, leaving enough time between applications for the wood to absorb the oil (about 24 hours). The oil penetrates the wood and acts as a barrier against dirt and moisture, preventing stains. It should be completely dry before storing.
