MATERIALS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Stainless steel 18/10 (CUTLERY)

COMPOSITION:Stainless steel 18/10.
INSTRUCTIONS: To prevent problems and rust spots caused by moisture and salt, all pieces should be dried thoroughly and kept in a dry place after use.

Stainless steel 18/10 (KITCHEN PAN SET)

COMPOSITION: Stainless steel 18/10.
INSTRUCTIONS: Suitable for ceramic hob, induction and gas. Before using for the first time, take off all the labels. Wash the pieces in hot water with detergent. Rinse well in clean water. Dry with a soft cloth. When washing the pieces do not use strong detergent or abrasive pads.

Stainless steel and suede (ASH TRAYS)

COMPOSITION: Magnetic stainless steel 18/0. Suede exterior
INSTRUCTIONS: To wash the ashtray, take it apart and wash the lid separately. Wash the tray trying not to wet the suede part too much: To prevent problems and rust spots caused by moisture and salt, all pieces should be dried thoroughly and kept in a dry place after use. To wash the suede use a special suede fabric product.

Stainless steel and leatherette (ASH TRAYS)

COMPOSITION: Magnetic stainless steel 18/0. Leatherette exterior
INSTRUCTIONS: To wash the ashtray, take it apart and wash the lid separately. STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 7 EN 1.4301

POTS: Stainless Steel AISI 304 / EN 1.4301, considered as one of the most resistant to the intergranular corrosion. Ideal for daily use with food.
LIDS: Stainless Steel AISI 430 / EN 1.4016

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: To avoid problems with saltpeter, we recommend to dry all the pieces. Keep them in dry place after use.

PVC (BASKETS)

COMPOSITION: PVC
INSTRUCTIONS:Hand wash. Can use detergent. The handles should be dried thoroughly to prevent rust spots.

Foamed PVC (INDIVIDUAL)

COMPOSITION: Foamed PVC
INSTRUCTIONS:Hand wash. Wash with water and non-abrasive detergent. Do not fold.

Isothermic PVC (WINE RACKS AND BUCKETS)

COMPOSITION: isothermal double coated PVC
INSTRUCTIONS:Hand wash. Can use detergent.

PVC/Glass (THERMOS)

COMPOSITION: PVC-Crystal
INSTRUCTIONS: For use in dishwashers. Hand wash with a soft cloth to prevent scratches.

MELAMINE (TABLEWARE)

COMPOSITION: Melamine 100% (M) – BPA Free
INSTRUCTIONS: This product is designed for table use, not adapt for cooking or direct fire. Microwave only 90 seconds.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: To extend the life of this article, it is recommended to avoid using
abrasive cleaners. To prevent stains from coffee and tea we recommend washing immediately after use. Any irregularities in the design are part of the production process and should not be considered as a defect.
This product is dishwasher-resistant.

POLYCARBONATE (GLASSES)

COMPOSITION: 100% Polycarbonate (P)
INSTRUCTIONS: Not suitable for microwave.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: This product is dishwasher-resistant (top rack only). However it is advisable to wash it by hand, gently and with a neutral soap in order to maintain the transparency.

MS (GLASSES)

COMPOSITION:60% Acrylic + 40% Polystyrene (MS) – BPA Free
INSTRUCTIONS: Not suitable for liquors and for warm beverages. Not suitable for microwave.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING: This product is dishwasher-resistant (top rack only). However it is advisable to wash it by hand, gently and with a neutral soap in order to maintain the transparency.

METILESTIRENO (GLASSES)

COMPOSITION: Acrylic 60% + Polystyrene 40%
INSTRUCTIONS:This product has been designed for use in normal, not extreme, conditions Not suitable for drinks with a high alcoholic content or very hot drinks. Not suitable for microwaves. Suitable for dishwashers, but in the upper tray only. To extend the life of the product, avoid using abrasive cleaners.

MELAMINA/PVC

COMPOSITION: Tableware 100% Melamine, Basket PVC
INSTRUCTIONS:

TABLEWARE: Melamine products are designed for eating, not cooking. Not for use in the oven or microwave. Suitable for dishwashers. To preserve their shine, avoid using abrasive detergents. To prevent stains caused by tea or coffee, we recommend washing the cups immediately after use. Any design irregularities and differences in these irregularities are part of the production process and should not be considered design faults.

BASKET: Wash at max. 30º. Can use detergent. Dry the handles thoroughly to prevent rust spots.

MELAMINE/Polycarbonate

COMPOSITION: Tableware 100% Melamine, Glasses 100% Polycarbonate

INSTRUCTIONS:Machine wash. Max 30º. Do not use bleach or tumble dryer. Hot iron, maximum 200º. Dry clean for delicate garments.

COMPOSITION: 100% Cotton
INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash. Max 30º. Do not use bleach. Cool iron. Gentle spin tumble dryer Do not dry clean.

Cotton 100% +PVC (TERRY MATS)

COMPOSITION: Superior part: Terry cotton 100%. Bottom: PVC
INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash. Max 30º. Do not use bleach. Cool iron upper part. Do not use tumble dryer. Do not dry clean

Cotton 100% +PVC (CUSHIONS)

COMPOSITION: Fabric: 100% Cotton. Interior: PVC. Filling: 100% Dacron silicone hollow fibre
INSTRUCTIONS:

100% Wool (FREE STYLE BLANKET)

COMPOSITION: 100% Pure wool
INSTRUCTIONS: Dry clean with mild detergent. Medium iron. Do not use tumble dryer or bleach.

100% Olefine (TABLECLOTHS & CUSHIONS)

COMPOSITION: 100% Olefine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Items manufactured with Marine Business WATERPROOF fabric are guaranteed for 3 years. Bleach permitted when washing. Avoid ironing, only at very low temperatures. Anti-allergy and recyclable fabric.

100% Polyester (MICROFIBRE TOWELS)

COMPOSITION: 100% Polyester
INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash max 40º. Do not use tumble dryer or bleach. Medium iron. Do not dry clean

] Polyester/Cotton (TABLECLOTHS)

COMPOSITION: 50% Polyester, 50% cotton with carbon fluoride anti-stain treatment.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash max 30º. Iron on reverse side. Do not use tumble dryer. Do not wash with chloride. Do not wring out. Stretch, hang out or support to dry.

Polyester/Cotton + Resine (PLASTIC TABLECLOTHS)

COMPOSITION: 50% Polyester, 50% Cotton & Acrylic Resine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Resinated tablecloths are 50% cotton and 50% polyester with an acrylic stain resistant and impermeable resin. Machine wash max 30º Do not wash with chloride. Do not wring out. Stretch, hang out or support to dry. Do not iron Do not dry clean

Polyester/Cotton (CUSHIONS)

COMPOSITION: 50% Polyester, 50% Cotton. Stuffing: 100% Dacron silicone hollow fibre

Anodized Aluminium (CHAIRS AND BENCHES Alba Collection)

COMPOSITION: Anodized Aluminium
INSTRUCTIONS: Wash in fresh water and store when completely dry.

Anodized aluminium (MELAMINE TABLE Alba Collection)

COMPOSITION: Structure: Anodized Aluminium. Table: Marine board with melamine top
INSTRUCTIONS:

MELAMINE TABLETOP: Wash in fresh water and neutral detergent. Store when completely dry

Anodized aluminium (TEACK TABLE Alba Collection)

COMPOSITION: : Anodized Aluminium. Table: Marine board with teack top
INSTRUCTIONS:

ALUMMINIUM:Wash in fresh water and store when completely dry.
TEAK TABLETOP: Teak is one of the most weather resistant woods. It can be cleaned with fresh water and neutral detergent using a natural cloth. Clean thoroughly and leave to dry. Then apply teak oil or oil for teak wood. Apply with a soft cloth in several layers, leaving enough time between applications for the wood to absorb the oil (about 24 hours). The oil penetrates the wood and acts as a barrier against dirt and moisture, preventing stains. It should be completely dry before storing.

Ash (TABLES, CHAIRS AND BENCHES CALIDA collection)

COMPOSITION: Ash wood
INSTRUCTIONS:

Processes and treatments:Resin impregnated by immersion. Insulating treatment to prevent wood surface deforming or altering. 1 layer of varnish resistant to heat and light. Teck varnish (Tecknos, Finland). 1 sanding after the layer of varnish. 1 layer of Teck varnish applied with a spray

Ash (CHART TABLE CALIDA collection)

COMPOSITION: The wooden top part of the table is made of 19mm multi-layer okume wood with a seawater resistant treatment.
Processes and treatments: Table surface printed with navigation chart image stuck to the okume wood multi-layer surface. 4 layers of acrylic varnish. This varnish prevents the wood from going yellow. 3 sandings of the 4 layers of varnish. Do not sand the last layer of varnish.

INSTRUCTIONS:
